3. Products and availability
We list dry grocery, packaged agro products and food commodities such as rice, grains, dal, pulses, edible oils, spices, jaggery and related products. Product images are for representation unless the listing states otherwise. Natural crop, origin, season, colour, aroma, grain size, oil clarity, spice pungency and batch characteristics may vary within acceptable trade and food-category standards.
For export, wholesale and bulk inquiries, final grade, packing, lab report, documentation, Incoterms, pricing and availability are confirmed through quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order or written communication.
4. Orders, pricing and taxes
- Orders placed through WooCommerce are subject to stock availability, payment confirmation, address serviceability and internal verification.
- Prices, offers, taxes, shipping charges and availability may change until the order is accepted and confirmed.
- Applicable GST, shipping, packing, handling, documentation or export-related charges may be added at checkout or quotation stage.
- We may cancel or refuse an order if product is unavailable, payment is not verified, details are incomplete, the address is not serviceable, or the transaction appears fraudulent, restricted or non-compliant.
5. Payments
Online payments may be accepted through enabled payment gateways, including PayU India where active, and other WooCommerce payment methods. Customers must provide accurate billing and transaction information. Payment success does not automatically guarantee dispatch until order verification and product availability are confirmed.
Refunds for eligible online transactions will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy and generally routed back through the original payment method/payment gateway.
6. Customer accounts and responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account login details and for all activity under their account. You agree to provide true, current and complete information for orders, billing, shipping, export documentation and support.
7. Shipping, returns and cancellation
Shipping, delivery, returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Eligible ecommerce products carry a 7-day return window from delivery, subject to food safety, unopened condition, proof of purchase and verification. Please review those policy pages before placing an order.
8. Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, upload malicious content, scrape data, make fraudulent purchases, violate applicable law, misuse payment systems, or place orders for prohibited, restricted or unlawful goods or transactions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAHISHAHI Industries Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from website use, product delay, third-party gateway issues, logistics delays, network failure or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not allowed by applicable law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection rights, courts in Maharashtra, India shall have jurisdiction for disputes arising from website use, ecommerce orders or business transactions.
